No more exploding sausages, but lincolnshire taste very limp
After following the instructions I can now confirm that I can now use my collagen skins again without them exploding in the pan, the rusk and advice to only partially fill the skin to allow for expansion during cooking has now given me excellent sausages. The only issue is the limp, lincolnshire flavour...it really was not there?

The best Lincolnshire seasoning around. We are from Lincolnshire and the butchers sausages locally don’t taste as good as this

Very salty
This would be a much nicer product with out the salt I halved the recipe given, and was glad because they really are very salty. I tasted the product in the bag and it does again taste of salt. This is a shame because in all other respects it’s a great product. Most people would prefer to add salt ‘or not’ to taste. I would have put the value for money at 5 stars but I can’t use the remainder, and it has spoilt the first set of sausages

Great flavour, shame you cant weight the contents correctly and like to short change your customers
We purchased 2 bags of this mix which tastes great and no issue with anything other than its weight. Each bag should contain 500g of the spice blend and as you can see from the image on weighed 467g and the first one which we didn't realize until after we had opened and weighed so much into the meat, that that actually only weighed in at 430g!! Really unacceptable, false advertising and over those 2 bags we lost a total of 110g of spice mix! Really not acceptable. I have emailed the company direct so we shall see what the outcome is.
