Exact duplicate of the original arm
Late “light frost” turned out to be a hard freeze, so the water inside the original arm froze just hard enough to split it (user error!). This exact replacement installed precisely the same as the original. Refer to the online manual if you can’t remember how you put it together originally. Great to have it available on Amazon for a fraction of the cost of a new hose reel, with free fast shipping.

I have to buy this again.. as it develops a crack or pin hole leak...

Garbage
Bought the hose reel 13 moths ago, so 1 month outside the warranty have had to replace the O rings and then this piece, so disgusted with the whole experience.
