I normally use young living oils, but am on limited funds at this time so decided to give this a try. Was very leery, but since it was cheap I figured I wouldn't be out a lot of $ if didnt work. My husband had a cold and was coughing so much he was throwing up. Within a few hours he was coughing less and by 3rd day he felt about 85% better. My son came down with the same thing 2 days later and worked for him also. Normally a cold last about a week with them. I used the Easy breathe. I'm using the immunity shield on my daughter and myself for prevention.

I didn't find that it helped at all.
