Three-Body Problem Trilogy: Remembrance of Earth's Past

The story is well woven. The ficted science is top-notch. The best part is that the story is true to itself and doesn't cut corners for cheap deus ex machina, even though you want to scream at Cheng Lin couple of times and don't really understand what she brings to the world really. But then what can a human being to galactic table other than humanity.

A great science fiction

I recently finished "The Three-Body Problem" trilogy, and I cannot express how fascinating this sci-fi series is. The scale, grandeur, and scope of these three books are truly beyond imagination. From the beginning to the end, the narrative takes you on an unpredictable and awe-inspiring journey that leaves you in complete wonder. Even now, as I write this, I have goosebumps just thinking about it. Whether you're an avid reader or not, I highly recommend reading this trilogy. It's a testament to the extraordinary capabilities of the human mind . Its a masterpiece that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.

First watched series but difficult to wait for next season thats why purchased books. Nice.

Great quality print and packaging. Books were already amongst my favourite hard core sci fi so no complaints there.

As is the case these days, only when a book is made into a movie or TV series, we discover masterpieces like this. This is certainly one of the best Science Fiction books I have read in a while and Liu Cixin paints a highly imaginative story that takes you to the very edge. Must read for all science fiction lovers out there.

I picked up the Three-Body Problem trilogy after watching the series, and as is usually the way, the books are miles better. The depth, the scope and the imagination on the page just can’t be squeezed fully into a TV adaptation. The story itself is brilliant – it starts with a mysterious, almost unsettling tone in the first book and then grows into something vast, cosmic and unforgettable by the end of the trilogy. It mixes real science with big “what if” ideas, but still keeps enough human drama to stop it drifting into pure theory. Even knowing some of the plot from the show, the books were gripping because they deliver so much more detail and nuance. And for anyone curious, I’ve since been told the original Chinese dubbed version of the series is closer to the source material and, apparently, the better watch. If you like science fiction that makes you think as much as it entertains, this is essential reading. Easily one of the best trilogies I’ve read in years.

The author does a great job of imagining future physics in a way that no author has before. Furthermore, his take on what the future of global politics could potentially look like is also incredibly interesting. Seeing humans act like humans from an unimaginable new point of view and fictional future discoveries in physics is what makes this series so appealing.
