It helps with feeling better
I have seen the commercials for years and thought it couldn't be true. My husband and I are in our late 60's. I thought I was forgetting things just due to aging which is to be expected. I bought this for us just to try and see what all the hype is and it helped both of us. It just makes you feel a little more on the ball with not forgetting things. My husband thinks the health benefits are worth the money we paid. I like the orange flavor and it easy to take everyday with my other vitamins. This is a quality product that we will keep using. I think it helps.
