Fun Star Tampa Multi-Position Folding Armchairs, White, 60 x 61 x 109 cm

Ordered two of these chairs, both were delivered at separate times. One as described, and in good condition. The other was in an appalling state, and obviously, as well as being broken, it should never have left the factory. The whole White coating had, obviously failed the manufacturing process, as it was a patchy grey throughout the whole surface. Upon following the returns process, I was charged 79 euros return postage, leaving me approxmately £55 out of pocket. On highnsight, it would have been more cost effective for me to have just thrown it in the bin, as that was all it was good for. Upon trying to complain, I am still left awaiting a response

I am very sorry to say I am disappointed firstly ( this is not your fault) But I wonted 4 chairs but you only had 3 one being damaged which I eccepted followed buy 2 undamaged. My big disappointment came as they are different colours 2 white 1 cream 3 different designs A further disapointment they arrived on 3 different days over a 5 day period. I find it easier to keep them than having the agro of returning them but fell sure a company of your magnitude should do far more to please your customers rather than dissapoint them

A well-made good design. A good price (end of season). Got the matching table of the same make elsewhere. CAUTION: The adjustable / collapsible design may be a problem for the old or infirm. It needs careful attention to make sure that the chair is set properly before use. Looks good and the high back is a plus point. A++ The two chairs arrived all the way from Amazon in Munich !

this chair was a big let down, it was very light weight , very flimsy,, and once errected it felt unsafe to sit in as it would not stay pernamently in the position you had it set on meaning the back fell away from you as you sat in it, had to return it for a refund which amazon dealt with straight away,
