Vesil Kids Happy Birthday Banner & Party Hats Set

The banner is adorable. The hats are terrible. They are way too small and you have to put them together.

Kit is cheaply made. I expected to assemble some things, but not even the banner was preassembled. Save your money and 10 minutes of your time and go for something better.
