Quality!
Durable! Has kept my pocket notepads from getting torn up. Somewhat large for a pocket, especially when carrying a large smartphone. Can easily be slid in your backpack or back pocket for your EDC notepad. Good value, and great quality just like every other Rite in the rain branded product that I’ve purchased.

Best EDC wallet ever!
This wallet is perfect for my 3 essential EDC items. Pen, notebook, and Pocket knife. I have the Slim Jim 2.0 and fits perfect. I love the facr that I never leave home without these items that I use everyday. Still looking good after a year of use. Slim and compact design. Will be buying a few more just in case this one breaks on me.. totally worth it .

A great wallet, surprised me.
Wasn't sure I would like the wallet, as I had been carrying a normal wallet and it became a dumping ground for receipts, cards and random papers. This wallet only holds 6 credit cards/IDs and the space for cash is thin. But it forces me to keep it very minimally full. And I realized I loved it. I added the Rite in the Rain notebook to scratch down anything I needed to remember. Love it. Very thin, my back and butt love it. Sturdy, well made.

Listed dimensions incorrect. Otherwise good.
Listed dimensions of 3.5" x 6.5" are incorrect. Correct dimensions are 3.5" x 5.25". I thought this could make a good checkbook however it's not long enough. Otherwise it's a quality product as described.

Great product
I've carried the same wallet for years. Like a while decade. I've put off replacing my old wallet for so long. It finally fell apart in my hands. This was the wallet I bought to replace my old one. I'm very impressed with the synthetic material this is made from. I've got a fountain pen in mine. Been daily carrying it for a few weeks now. So far, great product.

I have gotten free passport holders that hold more than this.
Advertised saying "2 cards can comfortably fit in each slot." - but it's not true. I've gotten several free passport holders (giveaways from events) in the past that had one pocket (with window) for a passport, and another of the same type of pocket on another. (which I use for cash and other oddities). The free passports also have 4 "card pockets" that are thick enough to hold 2 credit cards each -- or a single "card sized device" designed to fit in a wallet (which are usually thicker than cards) For example, a Vicrinox Swisscard, or a Tile slim. will have to either take up the book slot or the passport slot. (you can force a tile slim in, but it feels like the slot is bursting) At that point, I might as well use the free passport holder where I can *actually* double stuff the card pockets. While I have metal cards, I tried to fit everything with only plastic cards. and on each side, once you insert 2 cards into one slot, there is no longer enough room to fit 2 cards into the others. The absolute maximum I can seem to get it to hold is if I spread my two metal credit cards so each side only has one. (but it HAS to be on the upper or middle slot) and then I can double stuff only the bottom slot on each side with plastic cards. (or place one of the previously mentioned devices) I want to note that one of my metal credit cards is actually THINNER than the standard plastic cards I have (with embossed numbers), and the other metal card is thinner than a standard plastic card WITHOUT embossed numbers. But that's way too restrictive with the options I have for organising the wallet. For comparison, the free ones I get I can have any combination of 2 cards in any slot without problem. These slots on the Rite in the Rain Horizon are TIGHT -- much tighter than card slots found in any other wallet i've owned. (thicker plastic cards can fit in better than thinner metal cards because they can flex, but I imagine that can't be good for the card or the wallet) I found a combination that works for me for day to day use, But i'll have to ditch some stuff to carry the passport when I travel. I was hoping this would be a single wallet I have for both home and travel without needing to make changes to what's inside (which if the description was accurate, it would be). but it is not.

Durability and utility at a great price
The perfect wallet for people who want a combination of utility and durability without having a giant wallet at a great price point. Also, the pen loop fits perfectly with my favorite pen, the zebra F-301.
