This product is perfect for travel. Pairing it with my AirPods Pro was ridiculously simple, turn it on, press the button, and it connects without any fuss, and the audio stays clear with no noticeable delay, even when watching movies on in-flight screens. The battery life is honestly the best part; it really does last over 20 hours, and I’ve gone through multiple flights and workouts before needing to recharge. It’s lightweight, easy to throw into a travel pouch, and feels sturdier than I expected for its size. The only thing I wish it had was dual-headphone pairing like the higher-end model, but for the price, the reliability and sound quality make it absolutely worth it. If you use wireless headphones and travel even occasionally, this little device makes the whole experience a lot better.

I've been using this for years. It takes up almost no space in my electronics bag. It connects to airpods easily. I can even walk up and down the aisles while listening to the movie. Recharge at your destination and its ready to go!

When I first saw this I figured it was a gimmick and wasn't going to actually work. Specifically bought it for air travel. I bring my aipords with me and if this worked then I wouldn't have to bring an old school pair of headphones too. The pairing took me a minute becuase my aipords were connected to my phone so I had to disconnect that before it would pair. After that, it paired fine and worked for my 2 hour flight. Pleasantly surprised. They'll live in my travel bag for future use.

4.9 Stars!!! I'd give it 5 Stars but it seems the charge runs out after about 1.5 hours of use. I bought this hoping it would work on the elliptical machine at Planet Fitness. I had tried other wireless transmitters that didn't work so I was really, really skeptical and this was going to be my last attempt before accepting that I would always and forever have to use the old fashioned, wired headphones. This device works amazingly well!! I am SOOOO happy. Being on the elliptical for 45 minutes is so boring without being able to watch TV and I don't always like the music they play in the gym. Using the old fashioned, wired headphones made me feel like I was a relic from the 1990s. This Twelve South AirFly SE wireless audio transmitter makes me feel like I'm operating in this century. It pairs well with my airpods. There is a specific sequence for pairing, obviously, and it has to be done with each use but, again, this transmitter is so worth it. After my cardio (and TV viewing,) I can switch to my workout playlist on my phone easily since my airpods are ready to go. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is the best thing ever for flying!! Don't hesitate. I bought it for my LONG flight to New Zealand but I have used it on every flight I've taken since. Pairs my headphones with the in flight movie at no charge!

Perfect for flights. Connected quickly to my AirPods and had zero audio lag during movies. Small enough to keep in my travel pouch and battery lasted the whole trip.

I bought these so I could plug this into my PS5 controller and use my Apple Airpods when playing games. After I paired the airpods, all I heard was loud static and radio interference. Kind of like listening to a transistor radio in between stations. I walked around my house to make sure it wasn't some kind of electrical or wifi interference. Nothing helped. The only way I could get the static to go away was by turning the volume on the AirFly as far down as I could without muting it, but then the video game wasn't loud enough. Thinking it could just be something to do with the PS5, I tried plugging it into a computer at work using the earphone jack. Same problem, so I know its not just my house. I was getting ready to return these to Amazon when I thought just for the fun of it, I would try pairing it with my cheap Walmart earbuds. Oddly enough, they work great and there's zero static. Not sure why my airpods and this don't play well with each other, but it works fine with my cheapo earbuds.

It was nice to have this device to wirelessly connect to the airplane video. I usually watch on my iPad, but for long flights it is nice to watch the screen in the seat...better eye level. The quality was good. The one drawback for me was the fact that to connect to this device it kicked me off all other devices that my headphones remembered via bluetooth. For example, when I turn my wireless noise canceling headphones on, it tells me I am connected to both my phone and my iPad. I can easily switch back and forth. For some reason to connect to this device it wipes out the connections to my other devices. Was not hard to reconnect with my phone later, but it wanted to go through the bose app to reconnect to my iPad (asking for wifi connectivity) which I did not have on my 7 hour flight. I am guessing there is a way around this, but it was a bit inconvenient.

Used it recently on 2 long haul flights, there is some time a glitch that the sound does not come through but a quick restart of device fixes it. I found this to be very convenient to use and it does not compromise the sound quality

Très pratique pour utiliser mes écouteurs ou mon casque Bluetooth dans l’avion. La connexion est stable et l’appareil fonctionne comme prévu, rien à redire sur l’efficacité. Par contre, pour un usage ponctuel (on ne prend pas l’avion tous les jours), le prix est un peu élevé, j’ai eu la chance de l’acheter pendant une réduction. Malgré ça, je ne regrette pas : c’est un vrai confort en voyage.

ハワイアン航空でハワイに行くときに利用しました。AirPodsとの相性も良く、簡単に接続出来ました。行きは夜便だったので、帰りに映画を見たり、DLしてきたドラマを見ました。ノイズキャンセリングで集中して見ることが出来ました。ただ、AirPodsの充電が無くなり、9時間フルで使用出来なかったのは残念（そりゃそうか）この製品のせいではないです。
