Osam bag, can use for college and for tracking, material quality is really good , light in weight, multiple functionality

Size is small it's upto 35L not 50L as mentioned but good average quality bag not too funky just enough to give 4 stars not a 5 star because the size is small cushioning is average. Zip quality looks fine. Space is very tidy organizable. Good bag with just flaw is size is small otherwise a 5 star.

1. Good quality straps 2. 2 frontal, 2 lateral pockets are good 3. However, doesn't seem to be a 50L backpack!! I've used other 50 L backpacks, this appears 40L max 4. Good for weekend trips but inadequate space for a 5-7 days trip/treck 5. The width should hv been at least double.

Manufacturer details: The dimensions of bag given by manufacturer are upto the mark. It can contain a 17" inch laptop. Design: It has many pockets for keeping your small belongings well organised. In my opinion the pockets provided in waist belt are very useful for keeping cash and change. The rain cover given is orange in color which could have been in matching color. The padding provided for laptop compartment is roughly 8mm thick which is very good for its safety. Padding provided on the back is quite soft and therefore it rests comfortably on your back. Stitching (interlock type) of the bag is also very good and quite satisfying. The inner material provided is very flexible. It is not like other bag's inner material that breaks on use. Delivery: It was delivered on fourth day since i ordered it in evening. The Amazon package was already opened (may be due to use of small plastic cover for such a big bag) however, the delivery guy very obediently asked whether I'll accept or reject the opened Amazon. Seeing the sincerity of delivery guy i graciously accepted the same after checking the contents of package. Other observations: The extenders of two runners were missing as shown in photographs. I will update the review after using it for 2-3 months.

Summary: -- I Did not receive rain cover! + This bag is spacious enough for travels, with 17 inch laptop. + Visuals are good looking. ++ All strap stitches are strong. + bottom has rubber pad protection, but does not cover well. + Material looks woven nylon cloth with familiar plastic smell. + It can carry more weight and longer, than what I am used to. + This bag is definitely suitable for urban environments, intercity solo travels, using standard transport modes, wearing shoulder covering clothes. + This bag can be used for few trekking hiking village trips. 0 Hip belt pockets are minimal and namesake. - All cushioning and padding is very thin and minimal. - No back support frame. - No airflow cushion columns on back. - No Bungee net. Other traps and hook works. -- Zips cannot be locked. - Bag does not stand upright on its own. 0 Side pockets look big but carry less. - Bottle in side pocket can not be accessed when the bag is on your back. Watch-out for straps and cords tugging onto things in tight spaces. -- capacity liters number looks incorrect, see comparison images. -- Laptop is unprotected on all edges and corners. A bit pricey, when considering missing rain cover, no support frame pad, small hip belt pockets and no standard bungee net. Back support This is average feature in this bag. + It can be carried on back and does not hurt too much. - All Padding in the bags are thin and minimal. - No support frame, like provided by a few competitors. Shoulder straps This is good feature in the bag and work as expected. + Stitches are very strong. + It is comfortable on shoulders and can carry decent weight. Not recommended to use it on sleeveless vest/open shoulder clothes, as the underside net gives uncomfortable scrubby feeling on exposed skin Hanging strap + This is standard and work as expected. Lifting handle This is good feature in the bag and work as expected. ++ Bag can be carried in one hand longer without too much pain. Zips This is standard and work as expected. - Zip grab are nylon straps and can not be locked at all. Laptop section + It could fit 17 inch laptop snugly. It has following issues: - Velcro retainer strap provided with it is short as per 15 inch laptop. Does not work for 17 inch. - Padding is only on large surfaces. Peripheral edges and corners are completely unpadded. - If bag is put down on floor carelessly, it can damage lower edge or corners of laptop. - Top portion of the bag is rounded, which makes top corners of the 17 inch laptop dig into zips and it rubs with walking motions. Sooner or later it will begin to show marks on top corners of laptop. Main section ++ Big and specious enough for 3 pairs of clothing, inners, a towel, thin blanket and such + It has headphone/water camel tube port on top edge, which may have multiple uses. - No padded pocket for Tablet and such. Utility section This is standard and work as expected. + Multiple Pockets of varying sizes are provided as per picture. - Smaller than competitor. Side pockets This is standard and work as expected. - Side pockets do not have sidewall to add volume to it. - When the bag is filled, anything put in side pocket pushes out and puts stress on side net. - Such design flaw is already showing few tears on the pocket net and it will not last long. 0 It can hold a smaller water bottle, but not 1L. - Bottle can not be accessed when the bag is on your back. Hip straps This is standard and work as expected. + Straps are cushioned and comfortable. + Pockets are present on both sides, and they are smaller than competitor and can not fit wallet, passport or smartphone. + It can easily carry immediate use items such as earbuds, cash, credit card, small ID card, Train ticket etc... (obviously not all of that together) - It does not completely eliminates the need for separate hip belt pouch bag. Chest strap + This is standard and work as expected. Bottom This is standard and work as expected. + Bottom has rubber pad protection, but does not cover it well. - Significant portion remain unprotected. - Bag does not stand upright on its own when set vertically on floor and tends to fall away from back support. Bungee net and other straps and hooks + Straps are standard and work as expected. 0 Top strap has asymmetrical stitching, not sure why. 0 Bottom strap is small in length than competitor and cannot fit 10mm thick yoga mat roll. Watch out for straps and cords tugging onto things in tight spaces. - Bungee net is not provided. Two small elastic strings are present on front side but its use is unclear.
