NSF filters made by the same people who make the fountain. Perfect fit, easy to install & works!
It’s hard to go wrong with replacement filters purchased direct from the same source as your fountain and specifically designed for it also. I have to admit, the first thing that impressed me with the fountain was the filter and it still is. These are NOT the typical light weight, cotton layer, activated-charcoal filter ones associated with most fountains. We’re talking hard-shell heavy-duty Pur or Brita style construction for your pet fountain which is totally awesome. These are also the only pet fountain filters I have, that are rated to reduce chlorine, lead, and a few other heavy metals which sets these apart. The value pack arrived boxed with 6 filers individually wrapped and accompanied by an instruction/NSF certification sheet. Much like other filters, you do need to soak the filter in water prior to first use (approx. 5 min). These are a perfect fit, easy to install, snap in, and works well. The water quality is always clean and fresh, free of sediment, and odorless. Water gets topped off daily, and changed out bi-monthly. My pets love the fountain so by extension that includes the filter. The filter cost is a little on the pricey side compared to other filter types, but it does filter out more than the others making 24.99 per 6 count or 4.17 each (not including tax) a great price when it guarantees your cats will continue to drink more fresh, clean water. Trust me, cats who drink too little water or become dehydrated are more likely to develop stones and UTIs. Been there, done that, not fun and definitely not cheap! Overall, I’m happy with the performance of the filters. What can I say? They work!!!!! 5 stars!

Great for a single person!
So far, 3 weeks of daily use and I LOVE this Reverse Osmosis machine! It completely takes the chlorine, dull taste out of the tap water. The initial flush took longer than I expected it to, so I was concerned at first: but after following the prompts to refill the tank about 4 times, it finally finished and has been great since. I'd prefer less plastic: but you get what you pay for. For a low budget system, I'm pleased with it. *I would imagine, though, that it wouldn't work well for a family: as a single person, I do refill the tank 2 or 3 times a day (or more). The tank is not very large; about standard pitcher sized. It is also a bit slow to fill a glass, but I've gotten used to it. Probably not great with kids.

After 6 months, it makes a great door stop...
Total junk. Do not buy. Worked great for about 5-6 months. Afterwards, the display just displays whatever it wants. The letters and lights seem to have no bearing on whether the machine works or not. "L1" or "L2" error keeps displaying over and over again no matter how many times water container is emptied and changed. Unplugging it and plugging it back in forces it to work again. It also takes forever for the water to filter through and it makes funky noises. Taste is ok but filter lights come on within 60-90 days of use. Then, the water container started leaking when it was pulled off for refill or emptying as instructed. It leaked immediately, leaving water all over the counter. Buy at your own risk, but highly recommend looking elsewhere. This unit is not it.

Great Product, Great Customer Service
Great product and truly outstanding customer service. Our original unit stopped working about six months after purchase, and the company handled it flawlessly. They replaced it with a newer model quickly and even included a courtesy replacement filter for the inconvenience. Becky from customer service was especially helpful—professional, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the process. It’s rare to see this level of support these days, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it.

Leaks after almost 6 months
When this product worked it worked well, but I've only had it for just under 6 months and it now leaks all over the countertop, and not just a little leak either. This was quite a bit of money to spend to not work only 6 months later. Update: After posting this review, the seller contacted me and offered either a refund or a replacement. I requested a refund. The seller ultimately processed the refund. I appreciate them standing behind their product and resolving the issue.

Works well
I have terrible water in my city, and even the filtered water from my refrigerator tastes a bit like a swamp. I realized I LOVE the taste of reverse osmosis water and so I was refilling gallon jugs at the RO machine at the grocery store for awhile. My husband became interested in filtering our water more than the charcoal fridge filter does and we looked into RO. We didn’t want to commit to the cost or installation of an in-counter unit so looked into countertop units. This one has been great so far. It’s very easy to use and it has a sticker on the side of it with the steps and codes for easy reference. That was incredibly helpful the first week when we were learning the unit. We have very hard water (330 ppm from the previous year’s report from our utility company) and this countertop unit usually shows a TDS of 11-12 when we are using it. It’s been as high as 30, which is still a 90% reduction. You MUST dump the tank when it’s time to refill- because of how the unit works, that water has a concentration of a lot of the stuff the filters just removed from the RO water. We dump it and refill it probably twice a day. Very pleased with my purchase, it does what I expected it to do.

Excellent customer service & great water quality
I purchased the Waterdrop N1, and after a month of use, it displayed an E4 Error. I reached out to the company, and Waterdrop generously provided replacement filters at no cost to help diagnose the issue. However, just six days later, the E4 Error occurred again. Carina, a representative from their customer service team, suggested replacing the machine entirely. I returned the original unit to Amazon and refunded it, and with Carina's assistance, Waterdrop shipped me a new machine free of charge. So far, the replacement unit has been working perfectly. The water quality from this machine is incredibly soft and smooth.
