It is easy to dosage and it works. Lets me breath better, especially at night.

I just use a tiny bit but it seems to help with dry nose. I was a little stuffy and it seemed to help that as well. I can't use any of the spray kind of nose spray so I'm very glad I found this.

I very carefully inquired as to whether this was a standalone product or did you need to use their nasal pump ($85 and not included of course). So I am out the money and very irritated I cannot return an UNOPENED product. They say it can be used as a standalone AND they call it ‘ Saline Moisturizing Nasal Spray’ and it is NOT a spray. Comes with a dropper. You have to buy more product to get it to spray. Misleading.

The solution is nice but expensive for such a small bottle. The dropper works poorly, doesn’t fill the same every time. Should work better and the dropper should be marked to the proper fill mark for the unit.
