Good for miles and miles and miles
Purchased this bottom bracket as a direct like for like replacement on my road bike. Fitted no problem. Quality as expected. Hopefully I'll get as many miles out of this as I did the last one.

500 miles and counting
Easy to fit have done 500 miles plus in both wet and dry weather no issues for the price can't go wrong don't need to use the spacers with most road bikes.

Used these for years and very reliable.
Does the job very well. Beware that the fitting tool shown as paired with this item is not the correct one! The one listed is a BBR 60 which is for Shimano Ultegra and MT800 which are smaller 41mm 16 notch. If you buy this BB then you need the 44mm Tiagra type tool.

good value for money
The title is wrong and might be confusing as there isn't such thing as a BBAS4500 Bracket, it is a normal Sram Team-GXP Bottom Bracket. I've used these before and they're good value for money. I only recommend to just regrease it before using it, as the lubricant applied by Sram is not the best in my opinion.

Confusing Title. Good Product
I'm not sure quite why Amazon list this item as BBAS4500, whatever that means. Essentially it's SRAM's BB30 GPX bottom bracket. SRAM is my preferred componentry for bikes and this is a replacement for an inferior brand that felt very rough after perhaps 5,000 miles. This has made a huge difference to the ride of the bike. Bought from Amazon as they were cheaper than any of the specialist Internet bike part suppliers.
