Using this for my autistic child. I love that I can adjust how much weight is in the vest. Makes it very easy to customize it to his weight.

It’s not as comfortable as we expected.

I really like that the weights are removable and I like the velcro at almost all parts. My son has sensory issues and loves my weighted blanket but it is too big. He isn't a huge fan of this yet but I appreciate how quickly I could remove it when he asked, while still having a strong velcro hold.

I got this for my 9 year old who has some emotional challenges. I ordered the large so he could grow into it. The sides are velcro so it easily goes up or down a size. My son said its very comfortable. On the inside you place small weighted sacks into pockets, which is nice to remove if the vest feels to heavy. This is a well made product and i recommend it.
