Sometimes I Am Furious

I saw it first in some book store but came back later to buy it here. The storyline is perfect to teach kids about emotions of being angry and possibly a strategy (but you can present your own). I feel like it helped a lot for my kid to understand and identify herself being angry and that it's fine to feel this way sometimes

But it does imply that it's normal to get furious so it's a help with toddler tantrums in that respect

LOVE this book!! This book is cute and funny and very relevant to my 3 year old struggling with emotional regulation. She loves this book as well and asks to read it every night before bed.
