Great for children's gifts
These are great for a rainy day with children. Very fun to use and makes very durable, great looking toys. There's very little smell, easy to clean once you're finished and they last a long time. Plenty of mold and color varieties are available, so you should be able to find something for everyone.

Buy your own glue
For the price of these refill kits, I think they should come with some of the glue you need for it to work! We ended up using off-brand clear school glue and food coloring as we didn't realize it did not come with EVERYTHING you actually need to re-use the molds from the original kit. If you add too much food coloring (more than 2-3 drops) the little animals you make "leak" food coloring whenever you touch them. I really like the Elmer's product, but think the refill pack should come with everything you actually need to do it again!

Great if you have a lot of the molds!
My daughter has way too many of the squishy molds, so I started buying the refill packs. The refill is great if you’re tired of wasting money on duplicate molds like I was. They don’t come with cups or stirs, so we use popsicle sticks. It’s really simple. Quickly mix solutions A and B, add your glue and/or glitters, and pour. Don’t take too long or the solution will harden and become difficult to pour and too bubbly. I love that you can use your own Elmers glue, glue pens, and glitters with these refills. There’s so much versatility. So far we’ve used the uv color change, heat color change, glow in the dark, and metallic glues with great results. We also mix in our own random glitters (see picture) without additional glue for a more translucent result.

Love these
My son loves making these. We have several molds. I would suggest only using Elmer’s glue. Once we tried a different brand of glitter glue and the item never set. I had to scrape all the goo out of the mold.
