So after hearing about grounding sheets I got my kids, and myself some. At first we didn’t see any difference but then we went out of town for two weeks when we came back to sleep in our bed we definitely noticed the better quality of sleep and the all over mindfulness.

I recently discovered grounding and wow what a difference in my sleep. I sleep like a rock and have significantly less pain. My only regret is that I didn't notice this sheet wasn't fitted.

When I first put this on my bed I thought it was pretty comfortable, and I slept well. But after the first time I washed it that changed! It felt like I had crumpled up a sheet of aluminum foil and then tried to smooth it out. The sheet was anything but smooth, and the wire threads were scratchy and uncomfortable. I ironed it which made it somewhat better, but not as smooth as when I first took it out of the package. I gave it a few nights to see if lying on it would smooth out the wires but it didn’t. I bought a different brand which had the wire threads more spaced out and this didn’t happen. Disappointing, I had bought 3 of these sheets but didn’t try them for a few months, so once I tried the first one and found out how terrible it is, it was too late to return the other 2.

I think the Grounding cords could be much shorter, or else add extension cords to make them more manageable.

First night sleeping on this was very restorative. refreshed and relaxed. The effect what it does for the mind n body is palpable . If you live in a city and are unable to connect bare foot to Mother Earth to ground on a daily basis . Then this is a must have. wish the material was a little softer however, knowing there is metal in the fabric would explain why softness isn’t priority. Effectiveness is . I think it’s . worth every cent.

Was pretty sceptical but at day 8, I’ve slept LIKE A ROCK the last 3 days..

The worst electrical shock ever!!! had it a few months and was shocked lightly while sleeping but enough to wake me up , not once but 2 different times. The second shock was unbearable. Will never use one again and yes it was plugged in correctly!! Returned it for a refund.

This sheet works extremely well. The first grounding sheet we got was smaller and would not stay on the bed. This is the perfect size as most of your body is on the sheet for maximum benefits. My husband wakes up with no knee pain and my sleep is getting much better. Highly recommend this grounding sheet
