On ordering I didn’t realise that you can adjust the balls’ width (only two settings). Probably not a huge benefit, but a nice feature to have. Overall, a good peanut roller but probably not better than a cheaper alternative.

Placed on my back at centre and used to roll up and down wall in house also laying on floor centre of spin has definitely helped. Anything that can help even is a small way is good it’s not a miracle worker but I recommend it for the price .
