A good way to ensure nutritional needs are met

Top quality vitamins
Switched to Centrum a few years ago after buying another brand with the "buy one, get two free" sales gimmick. When they tacked on the shipping fee it cost more than Centrum for fewer vitamins.

Best Vitamins & Minerals Formula
I've been eating a lot of quinoa tabbouleh for a month & a half, very healthy & I put yellow fin tuna with olive oil & lemon dill, chickpeas, sprinkle feta & queso fresco but after starting the Centrum 50+ again recently, my nail beds turned pink! Nails are a great indicator of you health! They have changed the graphics on the container but this is the one I trust & it's hard to find! I hope they don't stop producing this awesome vitamin & mineral formula!
