Rear Window American Flag Decal

This is a great sticker kit for the price and it comes with everything needed to install except for cleaning supplies and spray bottles. The people who don't like this are cheap...sorry not sorry. This is VERY decent for the price point and the instructions are GREAT...IF you actually watch the video which a lot of people clearly did not. You can look at their bubbly results which will broadcast their inability to follow instructions to their neighbors and the world. So, watch the install video, follow the instructions, and enjoy. Oh...watch out for bugs if you install outside. I permanently entombed one in my sticker which is my only bubble. Oops. I taped mine up just like in the video, sprayed on a lot of plain tap water during the application, let them dry on the windows overnight before removing the paper, and they came out great.

Quality item I would just recommend two things take your time. Make sure you use the wet method and ensure you either have a heat gun or a good sunny day but use a wet method use a squeegee that’s enclosed. Make sure you try to get all the air bubbles out. I use the wet method and then parked it out in the sun after squeegee it and it looks beautiful.

The product seems awesome. Although instead of installing it like I have all other decals with soapy water I followed the directions and ruined the driver side sticker. I did the passenger side the old school way and it worked fine. Instructions lead to half of my product ruined unfortunately. Update: I reached out to the seller, and they offered to send me another set for free.

Against my better judgement I purchased this pair of American flag vinyl stickers for my 5th gen Toyota 4Runner. The product arrived undamaged in solid packaging with included tools and adequate instructions but that's where the good times ended. As with many Chinese made products, the quality of the vinyl itself is very poor. Super thin, and inadequate adhesive to get it to stay on the glass. The precut edges were not even close to the Toyota glass shape, overlapping on the bottom side yet not fully reaching the corners and top edge. Good thing they sent a trim tool right? I didn't get far enough to use it. After taping the sticker in place as close to straight as possible I wrestled with getting the backing off for half an hour. It kept pulling the vinyl off the masking layer around the edges of the stars. The backing was so thick it would not fold or roll off like it should. Gave up, pulled it off and attempted to install the old fashioned way. After sticking it to the glass I started carefully lifting the masking off. Same issue, masking adhesive MUCH stronger than than the vinyl adhesive. Immediately stared lifting the sticker off the glass and tearing the corners of the flimsy vinyl around the stars. One of the stripes would not even stay on. At this point I gave up on this trash product and pulled it off and threw it away. At least it came right off without a fight. Not interested in a replacement or return at this point. Do not buy this garbage.

Was fairly easy to install via the wet method. The stars are difficult to get to lay but once you take the time to work out the bubbles, it looks good and lays flat. The Razor worked excellent to trim the edges having over the end. I would wait until after you pull the paper off the sticker to trim the edges along the glass since the sticker itself cuts a lot easier than the paper+sticker. It took me about 1-1.5 hour per side. Second was quicker than the first. Install this in a garage; wind will make it impossible to install properly.

Went on perfect using the wet method. Not a single bubble or tear in the material when I was done. Was a tad larger than the window in some areas but it came with a razor knife to trim it. I would highly recommend it.

About every two to three years I need to replace my window decals. I really like these decals. Easy to put on. I’m by no means an expert but I can put these on with ease. I would recommend this product.

I have plenty of experience transferring vinyl, so when I saw that the transfer tape had some bubbling and creasing I thought “no problem, I can make this work.” Well, fool me once. Using the wet technique I could not get the vinyl to lay down unbubbled because the transfer tape would not allow it to relax enough. I went with it feeling like once the transfer tape was removed it would all work out. Fool me twice. Managed to get the drivers side done without difficulty (it had no bubbles) but the passenger side ended up not releasing from the transfer tape properly and ripping the vinyl. I fixed it as best I could, but it looks fixed. Not perfect, just fixed. Frustrating. The actual vinyl could be higher quality, although thicker vinyl might not have the same look.
