Nice little chaep watch !
Firstly, this is a cheap watch, it is no Omega, but for functionality it is a real bargain. My wife wanted a durable watch for work, something that was easy to see and read, and the first thing she said to me is "I want a watch with 12 numbers on it and mites shown too" - well try and find one, as these two things seem to be out of fashion now, but like her I also think they are essential in a watch, having to 'guess' minutes is a nightmare, especially of someone asks you the time and you say well it is 12 minutes or maybe 13 minutes past one !She says the strap is easy to fasten and very comfortable to wear, and of course black markings on a white background couldn't be better. It proved to be quite accurate too, gaining about 1 minute every 2 months or so.Yes, we both have expensive "smart watches" but you just wouldn't want to wear them to work for fear of scratching or loosing them. Now the downside, well there would be one for a watch at this price. This is the second one of these watches she has had, the previous one lasted 19 months, then the battery went flat, and for starters the case was difficult to open up and then getting the battery out actually broke the battery contacts, even though I took great care.So yes, buy this watch it is good value, but when the battery goes, (to get it replaced professionally could cost the price of a new watch anyway, we were quoted £5) just 'bin it' and buy a new one like I did !It still gets 5 stars though as the last one cost £0.37 a MONTH over the 18 months it worked !

Super cheap, classic watch for small wrists. Good for kids.
I am a big watch lover. Over the years, I've been lucky enough to collect a handful of beautiful swiss-made timepieces. I've now started to buy and review some of the most popular, most affordable (under £20) watches on Amazon.I'd like to share with you my personal thoughts on the 'Casio Unisex Quartz Watch with White Dial Analogue Display and Black Resin Strap MQ24/7B'.DELIVERYGood. The watch was delivered within a week.PACKAGINGGood. The box and its content arrived in perfect condition.CONTENTThe following items were included in the box: the watch and a couple of small leaflets. Please note that the face and the back of the watch both come with a removable protective plastic layer.DESIGNIf, just like me, you are used to substantial watches, you will find the watch very very light and thin. The case measures roughly 1.2 inches / 3 centimers, and you will find only one actionable button on the right handside. The watch looks extermely small, so I wouldn't recommend it for people with larger wrists. The strap is made of plastic: it's both very thin and surprisingly comfortable, even after a long day.Once again, Casio demonstrates how experienced the company is to produce high volumes of very well-made, well-priced entry-level watches.FEATURES- time (that's pretty much it)- water resistance (10m)- manufacturer warranty (2 years)CONCLUSIONThis is a very good buy for anyone with very small wrists looking for a well-buit, durable and simple watch with one purpose only: telling the time. My wife, who doesn't wear a watch, tried it and found it very cute. Personally, I have rather small wrists and it looked far too small on me for my liking. I ended up offering it to my godson who is wearing it all the time, even during his swimming lessons. :-)-I hope you will find my review and my photo coverage helpful-TIP- keep a close look on the pricing which can vary quite a bit: I bought this Casio watch for £5.72 (on Amazon Prime), today it's available for £6.95

Good, cheap, reliable watch with second dial
Pros- Good watch with clear numbers and second dial. Plastic strap with I think around 15 holes.- Cheap: It was only a fiver/£5.46 (the first time I bought the watch, it cost £7.41)- Last a reasonable amount of time: This is a repeat purchase (actually bought in June this year) where the first watch lasted two years before the battery ran out and I just bought another watch instead of changing the battery.Cons- Second dial may be a bit slow as the battery runs flat- Small strap: Agree with other reviewers and it would probably be a bit small for large male (purchase is worn by a 160cm/5'3" female) and fits nicely. However, I know a +185cm/6'2" male who wears one of casio's most reviewed watch on amazon (Casio F-91W-1YER Men's Resin Digital Watch) and he doesn't seem to complain about size.- Ticking sound: Not a problem for me as it is not particularly loud but could be distracting at night/in an exam room/a quiet place for some. The above watch mentioned does not have this problem (obviously as digital...)- No light: cannot be viewed at night (unlike again mentioned digital watch) though I still prefer this watch as it is classier/more professional (and I prefer analogue watches anyway)- Probably the thing I find most annoying, though I don't know how to describe it: There is only one moveable 'band' that goes around the watch to keep the extra 'flap' in place as the clasp bit does not have a band, which normally secures the flap... i.e. if you wear the watch loose like me, it can run the risk of becoming undone when you push the watch together
