As good as mass gainers get.
I found this mass gainer to be pretty effective for bulking. It's also one of the few decent tasting mass gainers, which allows you to get down a good deal of calories, instead of throwing the whole tub out because suffering the taste isn't worth the extra gains.

Wouldn't buy again
This stuff doesn't taste great. Not horrible but definitely not good. My main complaint really is that is incredibly clumpy... to the extent you can literally chew it. It is like bland tasting porridge. The ONLY way I am able to consume this really is by adding a very little bit of it to my cereal to the extent that the milk and the cereal mask most of the taste. Unless you're a masochist, drinking this as suggested (ie just mixing it with water) is impossible. I think at this rate I am just going to throw most of it (more than half the tub) away it's that bad.

Le prendo da qualche anno sia a colazione tutti i giorni un misurino da 20gr e anche dopo L allenamento in mtb contro il catabolismo muscolare e fabbisogno nutrizionale 08gr 1gr per kg corporeo ,facendo allenamenti assumo un minimo indispensabile non potendo mangiare troppa carne queste proteine mi danno un buon recupero da un giorno con L altro e non sento stanchezza facendo allenamenti molte volte anche tirati … Niente pesantezza a livello di stomaco ottimo prodotto zero effetti indesiderati anzi ho notato un dimagrimento come peso corporeo abbinando proteine ai carbo.. per evitare picchi glicemici ,con la quota proteica che assumo il muscolo sento che aumentato come forza
