They arrived in really great condition. Ready to install although I couldn't use the brackets but that was a purchasing error on my part.

PERFECT! I was expecting a white set of bags. What I got was a 99.9% color match to the Pearl White color of my 2007 Harley Davidson Deluxe. I am thrilled with the match and the overall bags and hardware.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:So far I like the product but there were a few discrepancies that one should anticipate.Pros:1) Parts arrived a day early2) Beyond an excessive amount of extra parts to accommodate almost every bike it fits on.Over all great product. Still need to test it's roadworthiness once I can get it to work properly.Cons:1) Does not come with instructions. You're expected to have basic mechanical skills and common sense. Which I do, but we all know most people these days don't have common sense. So navigating through all the necessary parts, sifting through what's essential vs what's not wastes a lot of time. Having to go through and organize pieces, making sure the right parts get washers and bolts while others didn't. 2) The review I read said simple install, 15-20 minutes. I blew past that by a long shot. Took me nearly four hours.3) The welded anchor bracket was cut short and welded/installed wrong. I ended up needing to cut part off to allow these locking nuts i purchased to fit. Then the locking bolt wouldn't fit thrift the adjustable slit grove.4) Left saddlebag lock does not lock or latch. Reached out to company requesting replacement parts, waiting in response. Readjusted locking pivoting arm, nothing. Made sure it had contact and arm would slip out from latch and pop open.

The brackets that go through the holes in the bags to secure them wouldn't line up on my 1991 HDFXSTC. The rubber grommets are junk. They came apart after just a few short rides. One of the bags has already split at the mounting holes. Very disappointed and upset that i cant get in touch with the seller.amazon intercepts my request for help with the seller !!

These fit perfectly but they take some effort and time to get them on, don't be in a hurry. The only difficult part was installing the liners. These are very fuctional compared to the original leather bags that came on my 2012 softail.Note: the chrome lever that opens them up. Put some loctite on the screws that secure chrome lever. One of mine fell off after a year and luckily I found it on the road I had traveled. You don't want to go through that.

Because my fishtail exhaust extensions were 28 1/2 inches, the exhaust did not extend past the bags.Keep this in mind. I'm extending my exhaust so they go beyond the bags.

These are great bags. They fit perfect on my '05 Harley Softtail. They look nice. They're solid. And they're beautiful. Highly recommend.
