perfect drum
Lovely size and the sound is beautiful. I wanted a synthetic drum as my goat skin one doesn't play well in cold weather. This one is perfect.

Nice Low tone
Does excactly what I bought it for. Creates a nice bass boom sound without too much overtone. I already have a Frame Drum, but that is quite high frequency, so this matches that quite well.

Exceeded my expectations
Very pleased. This has exceeded my expectations. Such a lovely, rich deep boom for such a little drum. The vibrations from the underside are immense. This is a great all-weather addition to my drums. Looks great too.

This beautiful drum has such a deep beautiful vibrational energy and sound! And I can play it anywhere in any weather! Totally love it!

Uitmuntend mooie, warme klanken. Speelt heel fijn. Kheb zelf nog andere tippers, sticks etc gekocht, dan kan je nog meer verschillende geluiden eruit krijgen. Zelfs met je eigen duim vind ik hem ook heel mooi klinken; dat klinkt zacht maar heel mooi. Met een drumstick met zo'n grote witte knots, klinkt het harder maar toch warm. De toon zit tussen de D en E in. Dus vóór echte muzikanten is het te horen, maar voor de meeste mensen klinkt het gewoon heel mooi en aangenaam. Het geluid is ook heel puur; het komt uit de natuur en verdwijnt weer in de natuur. Zelfs de eenden kwamen er opaf, ze kwamen naar me toe zwemmen en bleven als een klein groepje er relaxt naar luisteren. Zó mooi.

I practice shamanic drumming for ceremony and just every day to feel good. For anyone that likes to drum, I know it's unusual to use a synthetic skin, but my oh my, the sound that comes from this drum is incredible. It is resilient, and even with a bit of drizzle in the air I was not worried about it getting loose or the frame getting warped. It's just a whole different experience than using animal skin drums, and if you are vegan, this would be a great alternative. I have played this drum in every type of weather and each time it rewards me with different overtones, my other drums will soon get lonely. Price point also is very good considering the size of the drum, nice deep tones. Comes well packaged, but the shipping process was fraught with difficulties in customs, while I impatiently waited for it's arrival, it was busy for a week sitting in customs. Sign of the times. Just happy to have it and highly recommend.

I already have a 14 inch, and curious about 16 inch.. totally did not disappoint.. love the deep bass from the first beat.. both sizes are great, just the 16 inch has a deeper resonance
