I really rate the Prime Drinks - they can be expensive but they do taste great, and I figure that they are worthwhile if they stop me drinking less healthy alternatives such as beers and fizzy/sugary soft drinks. They are relatively low calories and contain electrolytes to help boost hydration. Highly recommended.

Awesome hydration drink! Good flavor. Not sugary or syrup texture or flavor. Doesn’t leave a funny aftertaste. I feel it helps when dehydrated and helps me from getting leg cramps. Strawberry Banana is a great flavor
