The Omega 3 capsule is efficiently really good but the capsule size is quite big and i will difficulty in swallowing it.

Don't buy the capsule with container having blue label buy the capsule with container having white lable Because the EPA and DHA combined should be 1000 mg But in blue on EPA is. -270 Mg and DHA IS 180mg intotal its 450 Mg but you need 1000 mg per day.
