Goodnight 😴
Excellent product at a very reasonable price. I have been taking 2 capsules about 30-45 minutes before bedtime for several months now and it has greatly helped my sleep quality. It is very gentle on my stomach and I have not experienced any cramping or bloating. I definitely recommend this product.

This is my favorite magnesium. I have used many others and always come back to this one because it’s the best. Helps with anxiety and mood, in addition to heart-health.
This was recommended to me years ago by a holistic practitioner. I have used it ever since. I definitely noticed a big difference in my mood and anxiety levels. So many people are deficient in magnesium without knowing it - no wonder there are so many anxious people. A cardiologist I'd seen a couple of years ago told me magnesium is good for the heart, so that's another benefit.

Great for sleep
I have a hard time falling to sleep and staying asleep. These have been my saving grace! Plus they are great for reducing stress. The only downside is this company tends to discontinue their items often or always out of stock. So just as you get used to the item, you can no longer order it.
