I’m happy with this workout bench. It was easy to assemble, it came with all the parts included. When I buy equipment like this that needs assembly, what frustrates me is missing parts or parts that don’t align. This package includes everything that’s needed and I finished the assembling within 15 minutes. It’s is very sturdy and does its job well too. Now I can come home and workout everyday. It’s great value for the price.

I recently purchased the sit-up bench and have been using it regularly for my home workouts.The Cushing is firm but comfortable.The bench feels stable during use and supports my weight without wobbling .The decline angle is adjustable.Allowing for different levels of difficulty and core targeting.easy to move around .Overall .I’m very satisfied with the quality and performance of this equipment.

It was more difficult than it probably needed to be to put together. The felt cushion pieces all ripped when I tried to put them on. Very unsturdy.

This workout bench is very light, but it's very stable during use. It's great for exercising abdominal muscles at home.

The bar supporting your knees is very thin and unstable. It is hard on knees to do sit-ups. Needs significant modification. Unstable and cheaply made.

I like that it's sturdy and can support heavy weight. I love to do all my sit ups and leg raises on it. Very easy to assemble.

I was very exited about getting this for my abds. It moves when working out and pieces started falling, besides it doesn’t stabilize my knee and it get too loose or too compressed against the tube.

It's light weight, can easily carry with one hand. Easy to put parts together, it took me about 10 minutes to install. The workout bench is useful in some cases.

Save your money this thing is garbage. Flimsy, low quality. The foam pieces do not even fit over the bars. Total joke. Would rate a zero if I could. Why even sell this crap?
