I love everything about the Track Pack and so does my caique! He screams with excitement when it comes out because he knows we’re heading out for an adventure. Living in FL, ventilation is extremely important, and the track pack has plenty of it. The inside is lined with stainless steel mesh panels to prevent chewing and destruction. The rope-wrapped perch is very secure and easy for my bird to grip. There’s even a coop cup and securing clips to stash some treats in. Multiple pockets allow for the carrying of a harness, your phone, a radio and extra treats. It was easy to assemble, filling the included instruction sheet. Very high quality construction and materials, this isn’t a flimsy throwaway carrier, it will last you years! The bottom litter tray velcroes in to be secure but is easy to remove for cleaning between adventures. I cannot say enough good things about the Track Pack!

This is an upgrade from my last birdie backpack. It is a decent size for smaller birds (my green cheek has lots of room) the additional storage pockets are nice. I think my favorite thing is how dark the mesh is, I think it makes my bird feel safer but it also keeps people from coming up and staring at my bird in his pack. It also keeps it cooler in the summer. My only complaint is that it is quite bulky to carry around, but with that it is very sturdy. I will be purchasing a second one this spring for my Caique as well.

It’s a great carrier but a little to expensive for what you get.

The perch is mounted too high for any medium-sized birds, and the angled front flap makes the bird lean back and strain. The bag has a 16.5-inch height, but the perch is mounted at approximately 9 inches, and the front flap angles at approximately 45 degrees which leaves no room to sit comfortably. The bag itself is well-made but unusable and surely unhealthy for medium-sized birds due to poor design. I am disappointed with BirdTricks for endorsing this product. The case is only suitable for small birds, not medium-sized birds, as per the misleading description. Buy it only if you have a small bird, and more importantly, buy it only if there are free returns and *shipped* by Amazon. Unfortunately, I ordered from a seller who not only shipped late, and when I requested a return, I was asked to pay for shipping (including insurance) and a restocking fee. Now, I have an unusable bag for my bird.

This backpack is perfect for taking your parrot anywhere with you and most importantly it is airline approved.

This is by far the best parrot back pack, its great quality, has lots of pockets, is very sturdy, the bottom tray doesn't move around and makes for easier clean up, and the perch is easy for birds to grip onto so they can hold on, theres plenty of ventilation, Also the opening is well designed for bird entry. Theres even padding on the back to make it more comfortable to ware! The one thing I wish they’d change is its kind of hard to see your bird inside, i wish they’d add an optional see through piece to insert for the front. *NOTE: This is ment for smaller birds the company has a size up for larger birds! (Example: my bird is a green cheek conure, though a sun conure or cocktail could also fit)*
