Quality is good but received damaged product

Chair broke in 2 pieces in less than 8 months. Warranty claim was denied by CELLBELL saying it is due to extra force applied when chair is locked. Company is not trust worthy. Buy it on your own risk.

Product is good and easy to assemble. I got it in a well cushioned package and it was very easy to unpack and I was able to assemble it all by myself within 30 mins. Its very comfortable and sturdy and all its features are functional as mentioned in its spec details

For budget conscious buyers who need a reasonably ergonomic chair for work/study/gaming under ~₹6,000–₹8,000 (or whatever local equivalent), the CELLBELL C190 Berlin is a good option. It gives a lot of features, decent comfort, and service from a known Indian/Indie brand. • But if you anticipate very long daily sessions (8+ hours every day), have specific height/weight requirements, or want highly adjustable premium features (4-D armrests, very high end gas lifts, certification like BIFMA, etc.), then you might want to invest a bit more or compare with slightly higher-tier chairs.

Its very good chair...

I have used the product for 1 year. I am the only user of the chair. The back rest got broken because of poor quality now Cell bell is saying it will not cover in warranty. Cell bell is asking for 2600 rupees to replace it. Don't fall in the trap.

What you would expect, but assembly is weird

I had returned the item because the quality was so bad and the seller still refusing to refund the money. Also no response at all

This chair is made of poor-quality plastic. It doesn’t have much finesse, and I don’t think it will last very long. I removed the armrests because it wouldn’t fit under the desk. The appearance also really isn’t nice. But for this price range of 150 dirhams, it’s not bad. If you temporarily need a chair until you’re ready to spend more money, then this one is okay.

I’ve been using this chair for just under a month, and unfortunately the quality hasn’t held up. The seat foam has already flattened and become uncomfortable, and the back support isn’t working properly anymore. I was expecting better durability for a new chair. I’m hoping the seller can look into this because the product may have a defect. I’d appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
