Truck driver It’s oxo quality. The board on the groove side is getting cut up. It stays inside of the lower tray after getting bounced around my truck all day. So it will be fine in your cabinet or on a road trip. Perfect for making one person meal probably ok for 2. For example If I cut up a grapefruit I gotta put half off the board to do the next half. The feet on the tray are super grippy.

I couldn't be more pleased with this brush. I enjoy using my cast iron pan and griddle to cook but the cleaning and maintenance was always a challenge, especially when camping. This brush has totally resolved all issues! The bristles are like a strong plastic, non-abrasive for cast iron (I wouldn't tempt fate with non-stick pans) but hard enough to clean off all residue with just a bit of water. DO NOT USE ON A HOT SURFACE, this is plastic, not metal - it'll melt. The cover is very practical and clips on well, the brush is also sold without but I preferred to have it so when I store it in my camp cleaning box it doesn't stick or dirty other items.
