Bought this to replace a camera battery that wouldn't charge anymore. This replacement fits perfectly and works great. Happy with it, and recommend it.

I bought this battery as a backup for my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS6 before an overseas trip, and it worked just as well as the original. It fits in the camera just like the original, and I did not notice any difference when I compared it side by side to the original battery. It charges just like the original, and I didn’t notice any difference in battery life compared to the battery that came with the camera. Overall, very happy with the purchase. For the price, it’s an easy way to double the battery life of an older camera.

Here is some data from my testing: Original Panasonic Camera Battery (5/2014): 3.6V, 895mAh, 3.3Wh Li-Ion This STK Replacement Battery (7/2017): 3.7V, 1200mAh, 4.4Wh Li-Ion I rarely use my ZS20; typically once or twice a year for going on trips. Otherwise it sits in a drawer, and the battery is dead. By printed specs, you would think that this newer replacement battery would have a significant edge over a three year old battery, but that’s not the case. I recorded video from full charge to dead, using the AVCHD-GFS setting, which outputs a video file that is limited by the camera to 29m 59s, ~3.5GB. GPS is turned on, but is indoors so no signal is found. Original Battery Tests (MM:SS) Test 1: 73:31 Test 2: 71:50 Test 3: 68:56 New Battery Tests (MM:SS) Test 1: 69:45 Test 2: 67:16 (deleted a couple test videos, reformatted memory card) Test 3: 69:35 I don’t have a way to test the power output/draw/etc of the new battery, but I don’t believe the specs printed on the original battery. It does seem to be evening out after the third test, but not where it feels like it should be with those higher specs than the original. I was expecting to get maybe 80-85 minutes of video with the replacement. But, it was $10, performs pretty well, and seems stable enough that I don’t have to worry about dying after taking 20 pictures like a few other reviews mentioned.
