I actually have major sleep issues and have prescribed meds I have to take and still it doesn’t fully work. My healthcare provider suggested trying melatonin in addition to the meds. I’ve tried so many different brands and milligrams and still nothing worked until I found these. I chose the 30 mg that are a tasty gummy chew. It doesn’t leave a gross taste in my mouth. In fact they’re pretty good, easy to chew and not sticky like other brands. Since taking them at the same time nightly I’ve actually started getting into a routine where I am feeling sleepy nightly and I don’t need the prescriptions as much anymore. I’ve recommended these to several friends with sleep trouble and they have not disappointed. Great brand and product. I hope they never change the ingredients so I can continue to get rest at night. Initially I did feel groggy the day after taking them but I was also taking 60 mg at a time. I started high because of my sleep issues but I actually didn’t need such a high mg. I would even venture to try a 20 mg of these if they made them but they don’t. Either way, 30 mg is perfect and now that I’m getting rest I no longer need these every night. I’ll definitely continue to recommend them.

I also appreciate that they’re sugar-free and vegetarian. I’ll continue using them, to get a better vibe - but my initial experience has been very positive.

This one makes me sleep like a rock, I sleep 7~8 hours straight like a baby, the only reason that it isn't 5 stars for me is that the Amazon Basics tastes much better, this one at the beginning tasted like plastic, but it works pretty good. This price for 60 gummies is also very good, I only need 1 every night 30 minutes before going to bed, so it lasted 2 months for me.

These work and taste good! I love the higher dose melatonin because otherwise I’m having to eat multiple to get the desired effect.

I have been taking this brand for years. Easy to chew with good flavor. Good quality and I like the ingredients.

This tastes good although is a bit too sweet and has a decent texture but I think the amount of melatonin is a bit much for me personally. The good thing with that is it's a very big gummy so you can easily bite a portion off but that ends up being awkward because you have to find a place to keep the unused portion. I definitely can feel the melatonin though, but for too long and too much. I just want to keep sleeping the next day and I can't really do that if I want to get stuff done the next day. If someone is retired and has severe insomnia, I would give this to them.
