Nice, fun toy. Younger children can't control the "wand", but can still put on the strings.

I liked the concept of this but it's a bit hard for my girls 4 and 3 to use. The ropes stick instantly and seem to fray easily so I expect after a few uses we will need new ropes. The "pen" is a bit tricky for them to load and the feeding line is open so the string falls out easily. It's pretty bulky to hold even for me so it's really a challenge for my girls. I am teaching them to just do this by hand but as soon as the string get's near it sticks all over and frustrates them. Hopefully they will get the learning curve but I think the pen design could be improved. Again I like the innovation and novelty of this but I think it needs some beta testing and future generations might make this product really great. It has "light bright" potential, but not until it becomes more user friendly.

We bought this for our granddaughter's 3rd birthday. Great toy but there were no instructions and the top was somewhat warped so it did not fit as well as I would have liked. A few of the strings were slightly frayed already so I don't know how well they will hold up. Since there was no info with the toy I don't know if we can order extra. I would have returned it but she loved it.

Very creative toy. I gave it as a gift to my friend's 5 year old, and he loved it. It seems easy to use for him. The only thing I'll complain about it, is the packaging. It came in a very plain white box, with a small sticker in the center with the name. Since it was a gift I kind of felt like the box was screaming "I'm cheap".
