Been using them for about 4 months with positive results.

Are the capsules easy to swallow?

They are surprisingly large but still easy for me to swallow, as they are to a hard pill but soft. I have no issue with it, and appreciate that these only require 4 for the dose I want, when other similar ones require 4 to 7 capsules, so worth it! I won't do loose powder regularly so I need these!
