Got the computer pretty quick seems like a great computer when it arrived. The battery was only charged to 10%. I charged it did not use it shut it down to use the next day and it was down to 20% sitting with it off. I think they need to send me another pair of batteries.

I will say I ordered the refurbished one, it was as clean if not cleaner then new. Not even a spec of dust on it when I opened it from the packaging. Really happy with the way I received it. As far as this tablet goes it is really fun to use. As this is a fully working windows tablet with USB ports. So you can add or install anything you want or need. On top of that the Internet has a bunch of OEM and 3d printed add-ons for this. I also ordered a kickstand to watch shows on this easier. For this tablet you have to know what your getting into with the rugged line up. I really suggest watching videos on them if you don't know. It is not a a standard tablet so no android store. The volume even at its highest is not perfect, but it's not made for that anyway. You have to make sure you know what screen, processor, and ram you are getting. Besides the screen, the ram and processor are hard soldered onto the motherboard means you have to change all the internals to swap it. The hard drive and wifi card are replaceable. This thing it meant to work and for hours straight. Having a dual battery setup is amazing plus they are replaceable in the future if you have problems, without having to take apart the whole device. Last thing is this has a sim card spot under the battery if you want Internet everywhere.
