I take a lot of supplements, so hard to isolate its effects, but this product is clean and seems effective in keeping up my energy levels so I plan to keep taking it (I am on my 3rd bottle). About my only feedback is that I wish it was available in powder form, capsules are good for travel or when on the move, but it has neutral favor so the majority of the time I split the capsules open and pour them into my preworkout.

I have been using these (for cellular energy) along with PPQ (for mitochondrial transport) and folic acid for over a year with seemingly good benefits.

As far as I can tell it's the real thing. Decent energy boost and tastes just like other atp powders I've used when I opened a capsule. Will buy again.
