Taste great. Tried a LOT of chicory drinks and this one is really nice. Plus it is made of only chicory. Most are made of a mix and are roasted so much they taste bitter. This one is more caramel/light coffee. Will buy again when this big jar is empty!

I always crave coffee after dinner but don’t want to be kept awake by the caffeine. This makes a great substitute; smooth/no bitterness. I also add a bit to my coffee in the morning as it’s supposed to be good for gut health as well as imparting a distinct chicory flavor.
