Very long. Enough strap to fit even the largest body type. It'll take some getting used to as Ive never carried a weapon in a 2 point sling. Seems well made. The hook keepers are tight and sturdy.

Xtra long so will definitely fit a larger individual. If for a smaller frame you may want to trim first a considerable amount of the strap or spend a lot of time trying to shorten it by maneuvering the buckles. Not a strike against it just spent some time and wish I would have taken the shorter route and trimmed it. If your looking for comfortability on long walks due to lack of shoulder padding, I would look elsewhere. It is advertised as such.
