Does this work with ifttt?

It doesn’t work with me. Within the device settings ( and not account settings on smart life app ) the IFTTT option isn’t available

What load can it take? listing says 8000w but the paperwork say 400w. i need to use it on a 3000w immersion heater and don't want a fire.

It says it is a 40A capable switch and I am running it on a 32A circuit, switching a 3kW immersion with no trouble at all. It is more than capable of switching a 3kW immersion as far as I have been able to tell and it is well inside its stated capability. It’s actually a really great switch which I would happily recommend.

Is the touch function just on/off, or can you set the touch function to start a set time on, then automatically turn off after say 20minutes? Thanks!

The touch function has control of just the option of "On" or "Off".... However with either the "App" or control via "ALEXA" you can set schedules, just ask it to be on for example 20 mins then turn itself off, etc...
