Probably fine, or even great for a direct to skin application. But definitely not a fragrance oil suited for scenting candles and soap. It doesn't have any information, typically, required by the ifra, which would have the ratios that are deemed safe in different products. A true fragrance oil is NOT skincare at 100% concentration. But this product is. Again, depending on your needs, it's probably fine to apply directly to your skin, or mixed into lotions, or other unscented products, but I wouldn't use it for candles or soap making.

This product smells very watered down it’s horrible you can barely smell anything I would never purchase again you can get a better product from Romeriza it’s a little more expensive but very intense smelling unless you like barely there scents save your money.
