Avoid Voltacon like the plague
Update 2: despite not answering emails, missing their delivery window, and failing to answer their phones they have now responded saying they never dispatched the item, even though yesterday's response said it was already sent and are cancelling my order out of spite because of the negative review below. Do not use this company, I believe they are scammers. This applies to Voltacon and all subsidiaries, ledandsolar, ledison led and lights and all others. Ledandsolar (a voltacon company) has not responded, their phones are off during their advertised hours and I have not received any confirmation of my order. Despite being charged. Not good at all. Update based on Voltacons response. I did not receive an order confirmation, order processing or order dispatched email or any tracking number. I tried calling at 17:15. Phone lines are supposedly open till 17:30 according to ledandsolar.co.uk. But the answerphone said they were closed. I made contact using their online form after placing the order as I hadn't received a confirmation. I still haven't had a response to that. Yet I get a response to my review within 10 minutes out of hours.
