Perfect for what I wanted it for
Now, don't laugh when I tell you what I needed this for. I love max melts. However very few come with lids and I do understand why. I have a furry toddler who is always up on the desk with me, sitting on the computer keyboard when she wants attention. I had some wax melts burning on the side of the desk, and not known to me, she had her fluffy tail in it ! OMG, what a mess. 3 days of brushing the tail until I got the wax out without cutting her fur. Now, I can have my wonderful stents burning, and she can sit on my desk with no accidents. Works for me ! Jersey

Great pizza screen!
I had been searching for a pizza screen that wasn't round, and I finally found one that I liked. This pizza screen is great and does exactly what I need it to do. The size is good if you are trying to bake flatbread pizza that is rectangular instead of round. This screen makes it easy to turn the pizza while it bakes so that it can cook more evenly just like they do at the pizza place. I had previously been just cooking the pizza on the baking rack in the oven and sometimes when I would turn it, the pizza would fold into the space between the rack wires. I don't have that issue any longer with this screen. I just turn the whole screen with the pizza on it. This screen does not have any type of non stick coating on it and I have found that it is best to clean it right after it comes out of the over and you take the food off of it. The heat seems to help any stuck food release when I put it under hot, soapy water. It helps if you have a stiff brush of some sort also, the stuck food will come right off. I have let the screen cool before washing it and it took some effort to get the melted cheese off of it

This will change the way and what you cook!
The large rectangular grates perfectly fill up one rack on a standard oven. The round ones are obviously pizza size, but the uses for these can extend far beyond pizza. If you are going to take my advice on using these, then I highly suggest you also pick up a roll of silicone oven liner to catch any debris or drippings (https://www.amazon.com/Nonstick-Bottom-Electric-Toaster-Microwave/dp/B07QPTTH8Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=silicone+oven+sheets&qid=1609770857&sr=8-5). So we have used the round grates for years, sometimes for homemade or frozen pizza, but one day I figured out that these allow you to bake French fries about as can be. Yes there are now air fryers, but there simply is t enough capacity unless you are cooking for yourself. If you place one oven rack on the lowest position and put the silicon oven mat on that, the other rack in the position just above center of the oven, and preheat to 425 (if you have convection use it, if not don’t worry about it they will still be great fries). Over a sink load the grate up with fries, single thickness and avoid clumping together. Close the oven and set the timer (as instructed on package usually 22-24 minutes). Leave them alone, don’t open the oven and let the hot air out. When the oven timer goes off, pull the fries out. Your fries will be as crispy as they would fried in grease. Some fries work better than others, and convection will work a little faster and truly emulate the fried texture. Put fries in a bowl and season with kosher salt, season salt, old bay, barbeque shake, or whatever else you can come up with. No fries aren’t the healthiest food, but when you want them there is no better way to make them. As I said earlier, the circles are good, but the large rectangular grate is better. You can still cook a pizza on it, but you maximize your cooking area. Likewise using 2 circular grates on two different racks can be done, but you need to swap the trays positions several times so cooking will be even. We have cooked fries, chicken tenders, fried cheese, battered fish, and many other frozen fried foods and never had a problem. I will say that that especially if you are doing battered fish or fried cheese the silicone sheet below is almost a must. Making pizza, roll your dough out on a piece of oven safe parchment paper, transfer doe and parchment to the grate and cook. You really will start to have that feeling of satisfaction where there used to be settling for what you could do at home. Finding these rectangular racks was a dream during covid with both sons home. When I didn’t have any ideas I could make chicken tenders and fries for them and a fried chicken salad for my wife and I. Give these a try, you won’t regret it and the next time you have a French fry craving you will be glad there is a choice between no fries and 500+ calories of the fried variety.

Gets the job done
Works well in our pizza oven. Allows air to circulate and allows dough to cook evenly. My only complaint is that it’s very difficult to clean.

Perfect pizzas every time
Bought this after our first go around with our new pizza oven. Our pies kept sticking to the paddle so we now prep our pizzas on the screen for easy transfer. Loved it so much we bought 5 more so that everyone can prep their pizzas on one. Makes pizza night much more efficient.

Small
This pizza pan is NOT the size of a sheet pan. It is one fourth the size. This is definitely not what I wanted. The quality is good but very small for the price. I will be returning.

Does the job
I needed a pan to make pizza using keto flour. The keto dough is wetter than wheat dough and needed to be dried out and crisped during baking. This does the job, it's easy to handle while hot and it's easy to clean.

No more burned bottoms!
I have tried so many different ways to have a good bake with my sourdough loaves. Every time the bottoms were way overdone and looked dark brown. Found this item referenced in a post on a sourdough group, and I was so happy with the outcome! It’s a lil smaller than I’d like however as a whole it’s a game changer!

I gave them 5 star because they looked good and no problems but were smaller than I thought and unusable for us so I returned them

I bought this to put in my Cast Iron Dutch Oven because every time I cook a loaf of sourdough bread the bottom of the loaf came out way too dark. I tried many things without success, but this pizza screen works wonderfully. The bottom of the bread comes out a nice golden brown now.

Well, at first I was mad at myself for not noticing the item dimensions. Then I realized that this was a blessing in disguise. Now I have a reason to open the cat pizza parlour I've always dreamed of. Tiny bistro tables with red and white checkered tableclothes. Waitcats in little white aprons with pizza slices embroidered on the corner. Shakers full of catnip (a free topping, of course) on every table. I'll have 2 for 1 Caturday specials. Maybe some pasta dishes. Yes, a nice cat-elloni. Maybe I'll call it "The Cheeseshire Cat" This tiny pizza tray might Indeed be the best thing ever.
