UPDATE - The company made this right and the new mops they sent are still going strong. Thank you and you have a customer from now on. The order did not come with 2 mops like it said. The middle prong broke on the one and the velcro will not stay on the flat surface.

Works great. Like it much better than spin mop!

Edited to add- all 8 mop pad are now trash and both of the mop handles just spin when attempting to uncles the segments. Neither issue was had with my old mop from this same brand. Lowered to one star. I clean homes and a few businesses and love these styles of flat mops. I have had their cheapest model of flat mop for over a year and the only thing I have had to replace on it are the mop pads. I had high hopes that this larger model would be just as good as the first one and would benefit from the larger volume of water/wider mop head. This seems to be lower quality and thinner plastics. When I go to dry the mop head in the second slot I have to go very slow otherwise a lot of water will spray out of the mop bucket. After using the mop heads once and washing them, two of the eight are already coming unstitched where it holds the mop pad into the mop head. The mop handles have jagged edges where they screw together and one of them has already stripped out to where I can not get them apart. Additionally the handles are more flexible than my older model making me believe they won’t last as long even if they don’t strip out. Overall, I wish I had just re-ordered the same one that I already have and love. The only reason I wanted to replace my old one is because it is showing its age.

The bucket is great but the pads are already ripping at the seams and then can’t be used due to the design of the bucket.

This has been in my Amazon cart for almost 1 year, and I finally bit the bullet on Prime Day and I can’t believe I waited so long! Not only are my floors spotless, but they are STREAK FREE! With different mops, it didn’t matter how hard I tried, they ALWAYS left streaks! Not only that, but the handles were always short, which meant that I was always hunched over moping and within a few minutes, my back was killing me! But NOT with the JoyMop!!! The handle is nice and tall, and also has a soft grip at the top. The only thing I would add as an improvement, is another soft grip for the other hand, although I’ve never seen a mop with 2 hand grips. I also love that it has a drain hole at the bottom of the bucket! So easy! And let’s not forget about the 2 different mop pad types, the microfiber and the other one that has little scrubbies on the bottom! I used the one with the little scrubbies on the bottom and it was perfect! With having 2 little kids, a husband and a dog living the house, there’s always something that’s stuck to the floor, and it picked it right up! I really couldn’t be happier with the JoyMop! So glad I FINALLY said YES to the JoyMop!

The mopping pad tabs rip after only a few uses. So you end up either having to sew on new fabric or replace the pads every few months. If I could go back in time I would not buy this product. The bucket itself is a good set up. The mopping pads are a constant extra expence and they aren't cheap. The tabs give out before the pads are barley used so you end up with a stack of mopping pads you can't use but don't want to throw because it i would be a wast.

Omg. PERFECT MOP for houses with no carpet. The bucket is the cutest green easily cleanable and is such an upgrade from their previous version. With new longer mop heads I can easily get under dressers or coffee tables without moving them. I actually love this company hope they come out with even better design. (I have no idea how they can tho)
