Great way to cook bacon, just wipe out with paper towel and load to dish washer. Very happy with purchase.

The cooker is well made. The silicone disc top works very well at keeping the grease from spattering in the microwave. I found the use instructions incorrect for my microwave. Made way too crispy bacon for my taste. I’m learning. The cooker cleans up easily. The bacon tastes very good.

This is great. works well for an individual or maybe a couple, too small IMO for a family.6 half pieces (6 inch) of bacon cooked at one time. Bacon comes out with a decent texture (a little more rubbery than frying), but not bad at all ... way easier and way quicker cleanup.

Really wanted this to work well. My last one was plastic and gave out. This was my replacement. This is NOT splatter proof. When making bacon it completely coats the interior of your microwave, roof included, with a film of bacon grease. Biggest mess ever to clean up. Terrible product!!! I wish I did not buy it because I gave myself a big project to now clean my microwave. The only pro is that it does cook the bacon.

I order this awhile back because it sounded like a good idea and the other bacon cooker I had was a little annoying to clean. I love the concept of all the grease going to the bottom of the pot and making that part easy to clean. Now the reason for the 3 stars. One when you take it out of the microwave it is rather hot to the touch. The next problem is needing to flip the bacon over to cook. If you don't make a lot of bacon this might be fine but for a family of 7 it's to much of a hassle. Lastly I have been told I am a little clumsy and I was afraid that I was going to drop the lid and it doesn't come with a replacement. So my suggestion is if you want to try it out go ahead but make sure Amazon will allow you to return it incase it isn't a good match for you.

Man, I love this thing. Twice through the microwave will cook a whole pack of bacon then you have some for now AND some in the frig already cooked for BLTs later. And the whole thing just goes in the dishwasher. No stovetop splatter radius anymore. And who doesn’t love bacon?

it worked great until the ceramic pot cracked down the side and across the bottom. Didn’t have it that long. The top lead bounces around in the microwave and splatters inside the microwave after a couple times you have to clean the microwave.

I love bacon, but I hate cooking it. For years I saw these bacon cookers where you hang the strips over a rack. No good, the bacon still splatters. Then a miracle, this ceramic pot with a round rack that sets into the pot! Genius, why did it take so long to invent this? Anyway the strips are easy to put on the round rack. If you want to adjust the bacon just lift up the rack. All the grease drips to the bottom. I bought the red bacon grease holder to put next to my stove. You don’t even need to strain it! I think all the negative comments come from, well we’ll just say, not very bright people. The thin bacon comes out crisp at one minute per slice. I haven’t cooked any thick bacon yet but will. One comment I agree with, they should have put a spout on it. Other than that I’m very happy with my purchase. I didn’t put on a pic bc there are enough on here already. How many pictures of crispy bacon do you need to see this thing works?! Thank you inventor.
