Loved this resistance ban!. I've been using this resistance band for a month and found no signs of wear and tear, still looks as new. Rubber quality is also good I got the heaviest variant of it, for deadlift and strength training for arms. Really tough to pull which goes on to display the quality and strength of the material. Gripping is a bit difficult due to the width of the band which is approx 6.5 cm. Better to get a cushioned external handle or you can just get used to it.

Amazed at the quality and effectiveness of the workour.I tried Romanian deadlift with the band and it was absolute banger.I have been doing home workouts since last few months .Before that I was regular at Gym.I was impressed with the impact it had on my glutes and core ..Same I used to feel at Gym with 70-80 KG Barbell DL..Infact this is tougher.Have to reach 90 KG yet

Product height is just 3 feet, we can’t use them comfortably for pushups assistance, they didn’t mentioned the length in the product description, but they mentioned it can be used for pull ups assistance.. short or tall person no one can use this for pull up assistance, this is totally a fraud selling.. not even worth for single star.. please don’t buy this product if you are aiming for pull up assistance.. you can’t return this item. I lost my reputation with Bold fit seriously.. worst product.

It's not for my weight but quality is good

As can SEE -It's Nice and THICC 🍑 (Band) -Very good quality,good and tight (resistance) -It's ease to use (If you strength to pull 💦) -The weight:- well I can do 17 squats with 25 kg barbell but this 👩‍🦽 really challenged my knee caps 🧓🏽 barely could do 7 squats. - Versatility: Definitely can put to many uses (some peoples brains can't still put different techniques with this) - Grip : it's alright 7.5/10 , 8.7 if you got a good grip ✊🏽✊🏽💦 😺I'm talking about unsweaty hands , you naught minded , single kangaroo's.

I underestimated the strength of the band, first time using bands i thought id save money by just buying one single one but the strongest one, that was a big beginner mistake, these bands are super strong and wellmade ypu better buy something according to your weight and strength or youll just end up wasting money not using them

On Product List, it is mentioned as Blue one 60 - 75 kg, but on product it is mentioned as 50 - 90 kg. Also the band length is Short as tall guys unable to perform workouts easily. There is no return or exchange fecility available. Disappointed.

Great product, just not for beginners. It’s extremely strong and tough…almost 90kg resistance! It’s heavy duty!
