I have been doing large-scale cloud cost management for the past 10 years, and cannot recommend this book highly enough. It is a true "bible" of FinOps essential for anyone starting with the practice or thinking to deepen their knowledge. Good background on FinOps and it’s practices with a practical approach to adoption.

Clear and concise language, lots of real-life example, specific and to-the-point advises and frameworks. A must read for sure!

While finops is a new role, this book gathers all the critical knowledge and info for finops that is hard to find elsewhere.
