This supplement has great health benefits as well as being a great value for the money. I definitely recommend buying this product.

This product was recommended to my sister from a doctor, and she recommended it to me. It has all the nutrients that everyone should be taking to keep their bones and nerves healthy. I am grateful these are capsules, as they do digest easily and thus get absorbed. The price is right for this product, compared to other sellers. The dosage is 3 capsules daily. I reviewed the product with my doctor, and she recommended I take 2 with one meal and 1 with another meal during the day. She said it is best to split up the dosage. These never repeat on me or get stuck in my throat. My young adult son is taking them also as his bones are still growing and need to be dense. He isn't a big milk drinker.

This product is amazing. I have fibromyalgia as well as several autoimmune diseases. I have suffered in the past from low vitamin D and anemia. My hair was thin and falling out. It was about to my shoulder. Since taking this product my hair has grown 12"-14" in 2 years. My hair stylist and my Physician both said what have you been taking because we can't belive what has happened with your hair. Now mind you I see both of them every few months. I have had the same hair stylist for the last 2.5 years. The only thing I had been doing differently was taking this product on a regular basis. My hails also grew which they never do and became a bit thicker. I am close to 50 and my doctors have told me that my bone density is that of someone in their 20's. In the past I have taken some very dangerous medications. Ones with horrible side effects. Steroids, immune suppressors, pills that technically are made of poisonous plants ( Yes prescribed pharmaceuticals). My Rheumatologist was very concerned with bone loss and my severe low levels of D3. I was at 11 (severely low range). Since taking this I can notice many things and the only thing different I am doing is using this in addition to 6,000IU of D3 that I was previously using for years with not much difference. D3 increase did help with my pain levels but nothing else was happening. In addition I notice that when taking this I sleep sounder, feel more rested, and have a decrease in muscle spasms, and had a massive level of growth in my hair and nails. Which is not typical of someone my age. I have recommended this to friends and family because it truly works.

Often, there are broken capsules in the bottle and powder coating everything.

Though the capsule is large, it has all of the components that I was looking for. I will not use tablets, so this product satisfied my needs. Minerals are in a proper composition for best absorption. Great find for the price!

I bought this because I injured my knee and have constant pain in the bone where the Femur and Tibia meet . Being asked for feedback when only part way through the first bottle seems premature to me . I have followed the advice of taking 3 capsules per day and so far have not noticed any difference whatsoever . I will continue using it and give it time to see if any positive result .
