This is well worth the $21 I spent on it. It is extremely small yet solid and well built. It is a touch over 3 1/2 in long, less than 1 1/4 in wide and 1/3 in thick. I have pocket knives bigger. Is has a very basic no color LCD display that I need my glasses to read but that's my problem not the machine's. This thing looks like something I'd have seen as a kid on a Mission Impossible TV show or a James Bond film. The sound quality is adjustable so it depends on what you are looking for. There are a bunch of functions that make this a versatile little piece of kit. I'm still learning my way around it. So far I am very pleased with this purchase. As always with technology, I hope it holds up.

Came used. It already had stuff recorded on it. Also, the software is terrible. Instructions are terrible. Not intuitive to use at all.

After 6 months of use, this item no longer works. Works well for the first 6 months but then doesn’t record and then doesn’t turn on.

Don’t buy this voice recorder. I have used it 5 times and it will now no longer fully charge. When I plug it into the laptop to charge it says “Charge full” even though it is completely dead. It will not take a charge. Also, I was using this recorder to record class lectures so I could go home and listen to the lecture again while making notes. It would take an incredible amount of time to fast forward or rewind wasting a huge amount of precious time! There is no 10 or 15 second rewind/fast forward button - a big problem for me! And sometimes after taking 4-5 minutes to get to the 30 minute mark of a lecture it would go crazy and just jump to the very beginning of the recording. Numerous times I was so tempted to throw it against the wall! Another disappointment is that it transfers to your laptop as a wav file NOT an mp3 file. I am so fed up with this product that I just shoved it into the back of the drawer to go die with the rest of the unusable products one tends to accumulate. Don’t waste your money on this one!

This doesn't work, never did. So I thought I would charge it up and the charger cord doesn't even fit! Amazon should have a products trial team to test products.

Excellent little recorder

Have used it a couple of times. records very clear.

This looks, works, and feels like a quality product. However I was disappointed to find it was shipped to me after it was appeared to have been left on recording for several hours. I tried charging it up but no matter what the battery would only fill to a quarter of its intended capacity. I will be returning this item.
