2020 Apple MacBook Air with Apple M1 Chip (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) Gold (Renewed)

My laptop arrived on time and very protected. it would have taken a major knock to damage the laptop. The device itself is in excellent condition (I ordered the best variant) and is a nice grey colour. It works like a brand new laptop. I had ordered one from Back Market but it was damaged, not a fully English keyboard and when I tried to get it repaired, the seller took it back and never reached out until I was refunded. I feel that the amazon team would be far better should I have an issue. The laptop powers on very quickly and has had no issues contacting to my other apple devices (the back market one had issues connecting to iCloud). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend one if you doubt want to spend £1000+ for a brand new one. Having used a brand new 2025 MacBook, unless you're wanting to push it to its absolute limits you won't notice a difference.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished mac, but it has honestly been the best purchase. I bought the excellent version, and it’s literally good as new. I got 100% battery health, with 32 cycle count which is amazing! I use my mac for university mainly, and a bit of everything else so it’s very handy. I knew I didn’t need to invest in something spenny for myself (like the recent models), and this has really lived up to beyond my expectations. It does have the tiniest scratch on the apple logo, but it’s not an issue at all. It does come with an “admin” account that you need to log in to, but make sure to delete that and reset your Mac for the sake of safety as you want to input your own details. (They give you the password) Easy to set up, connect, good overall!

It’s nearly been a month since I bought the MacBook Air, so I thought it would be good to finally review. First off, great value for money. I bought one in “Excellent Condition”, but I was still expecting the worst and was very sceptical. Luckily the laptop was in way better condition than I expected. It has a huge scratch mark at the bottom(not too fussed because it’s below). And a scratch mark at one of the corners. Other than those scratch marks I can’t see any flaws. Mine arrived with 98% battery health and an official Mac charger (was honestly expecting an off brand charger from China or something). Battery life is amazing on this thing. And it never overheats! This is my first MacBook so this really surprised me. Overall, great product. If you don’t mind too much about minor scratches, it’s worth it. Would recommend.

I’m very pleased. I was nervous of spending over £500 on a used machine, especially one four years old, but it’s almost immaculate, with just one tiny little scratch on the cover, of about 3 or 4mm. Battery health is at 98% which is great for the age. Never used Mac or MacBook before, and I’m blown away by its capabilities. The Apple Intelligence is brilliant, and the trackpad is genuinely useful - so many useful gestures/shortcuts at the swipe or pinch of the fingers. And I love the fingerprint reader access. It’s possibly slightly slower than my gaming pc, but that has 64mb of ram and a 12gb GPU. This doesn’t mean the MacBook is slow, just that there’s a pause of a few seconds for Word to open, for example - it’s not instant. However, the fact that the machine is ready instantly when you open the lid more than makes up for that. No boot up time at all. Setup was a doddle. Took an hour or so, but that was partly due to the downloading of updates. It’s a lot of money to pay for a four year old machines but I have no regrets. Very good value for money.

be very wary of buying renewed from this listing, even if paying for 'excellent' - the quality you select is not a guarantee. the MacBook arrived with liquid damage to the keyboard leaving many of the keys sticky when in use, a plastic clip on the inside of one of the keycaps broken - the key popping off every time when pressed, and the macbook dying at 20% battery when unplugged, despite the reported decent battery health. some of the listing images also incorrectly show the keyboard being british english/ISO UK layout, the macbook i received was not. physically the macbook body was mostly fine aside from a very visible dent on one corner. very disappointing overall. i wouldn't recommend taking the risk )-

Absolutely fantastic!! If you’re looking for a refurbished Macbook this is 110% the one to get. Works absolutely perfectly, fast, responsive keyboard and trackpad, it looks, feels and works like it’s brand new! Easy to use. The screen quality is fabulous not a single scratch, dent or anything anywhere on the laptop. It has the original charging block just not the lead (brand new lead), which is ok because it’s still long and fantastic quality!! Only reason I haven’t attached photos is because I’ve already put a case on and it’s not the best case and it was a pain to get on!

Absolutely worth the money. This MacBook performs fantastically and has a battery life of at least 15 hours (only had to charge twice in over a week of owning it). Only one mark on the underside but not really noticeable unless laptop is upside down (otherwise unblemished).

I don't leave reviews all that often but this is worth it! For the price, this is unbeatable value! Got the device in acceptable condition which turned out to be better than expected and with 94% battery health?!! Bargain, delivered quickly, well packaged and great device... Don't know what else you could ask for in a small form factor MacBook air!

received the item on June 23, waited a month to write a review to test it out and so far the item is working fine and no problem at all, battery health is 93%, can use it for 7-8 hrs mainly for light works (surfing, netflix etc)

I did not expect such quality from a supported computer with a satisfactory rating. Only two scratches on the body, battery 98 percent, arrived in the original box and extra packaging in 2 days.

Avevo presso il macbook air m1 oro ricondizionato, immacolato tenuto davvero bene soltanto che la tastiera non era italiana, cambiava poco, (non aveva il backslash e il pipe... ) contatai il team gentilissimi, il giorno stesso mi hanno mi inviarono il corriere per il reso/ sostituzione del macbook con un altro però con la tastiera che a me occorreva , in tre giorni avevo il macbook in mano e operativo l'unica peca e il piccolo difetto in angolo come postato in foto ... è un prodotto ricondizionato, ma tutto funziona benissimo , schermo, touchpad , touchid, tastiera, batteria ottima , microfono , casse stereo... Grazie al Team, mi hanno fornito un servizio da 5 stelle , gentili e comprensivi... una user expirence che viene voglia dj comprare un altro.

Die Rezension bezieht sich nicht auf das Produkt, das MacBook Air M1 ist immer noch ein starkes Gerät, allerdings wurde nicht erwähnt, dass es sich um ein QWERTY Layout handelt, so ist das Teil für mich völlig unbrauchbar. Außerdem waren für den Zustand „Hervorragend“ einige gut sichtbare Macken vorhanden.
